"I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a stress free insurance experience. I switched to this office a few years ago because I needed a team that could clearly answer my questions and take the time to educate me and they’ve done exactly that. For example, I recently needed help processing a small claim of tow my vehicle to a workshop. The experience was smooth from start to finish. With their guidance, I was able to quickly reach the claims team, and my issue was resolved overnight, with payment processed just as quickly. I truly appreciate how proactive and efficient they are. "We had an excellent experience with Lucas! He responded immediately to all texts I sent, and he was very easy to work with. We worked together to develop solid homeowner's and auto insurance policies that provided the exact coverage we need for both. It was very nice to have face-to-face interaction, and he thoroughly explained each coverage detail. "Kirk & his team are incredible. They are responsive & attentive. I have never had an agent & his team go out of their way to annually review my coverage and take the time to review my options to change coverages and the benefits or cons of doing so. Recently had to put in a claim for my auto policy and this was resolved in less than 24 business hours. I entered the claim on Saturday & this was resolved at 1 PM the following business day. Every part of the process was clearly communicated and very user friendly to complete everything via the Statefarm app. Thank you Kirk & team!"

"Will treat you like family! No pressure….hard to believe these days, not in a rush and will answer all your questions and if they can’t will get the answer and call you back. They work as a team and have each others backs and can trust each other to give the same care to one of their colleagues customers as if it was their own. I choose them because my friend works there but have to say have dealt with more then just him and am happy with all of them and them going above and beyond. If you are tired of feeling like a number in a big for corporation then this might big a big name company but is set up like a mama and papa shop where you matter, and they value you!
